Storage facilities can also contact us about abandoned contents, auction cleanouts, bulk-item removal and recurring support. Services can be scheduled around facility access requirements and operating hours.
Send us photographs of the unit, its approximate size, access details and your preferred date. Pricing is based on the volume of material being removed—not the square footage of the storage unit. In many cases, service can be completed without you remaining onsite when access and authorization have been arranged.

Up to 4 Cubic Yards — $245 plus tax
Up to 8 Cubic Yards — $365 plus tax
Up to 10.5 Cubic Yards — $455 plus tax
Up to 16 Cubic Yards — $645 plus tax
Up to 24 Cubic Yards — $845 plus tax
Up to 32 Cubic Yards — $985 plus tax
Standard pricing applies to ordinary household and commercial contents with reasonable access. Elevators, long loading distances, restricted access, unusually heavy items, additional labour and specialty removal may require customized pricing. Your final quote is confirmed before work begins.
